He began his journey in the industry as a Service Technician at JSC Systems and Charleston Systems, gaining valuable hands-on experience in security system installations and maintenance. His passion for the field led him to A3 Communications, where he steadily climbed the ranks, holding positions such as Lead Install Technician, Service Supervisor, Service Manager, and ultimately Director of Service Operations. In these roles, he honed his skills in service delivery, customer satisfaction, process improvement, and team leadership.
