His illustrious career also encompasses leadership positions at A3 Communications, Inc., where he spearheaded the development and deployment of innovative security solutions for enterprise clients, and expertly managed a team of field service technicians. Vice President
Chandler Koeln is a strategic and results-oriented leader with a decade of experience driving growth and operational excellence in the security services industry. Currently serving as Vice President/Principal Consultant at Stonos Solutions, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness, overseeing budget management and resource allocation to ensure optimal resource utilization.

He began his journey in the industry as a Service Technician at JSC Systems and Charleston Systems, gaining valuable hands-on experience in security system installations and maintenance. His passion for the field led him to A3 Communications, where he steadily climbed the ranks, holding positions such as Lead Install Technician, Service Supervisor, Service Manager, and ultimately Director of Service Operations.
